BOXING
Beginner
The beginner's level boxing class typically starts with a warm-up consisting of light cardio exercises then, basic boxing techniques are taught, such as stance, footwork, and punches. Clients practice individually and with a partner, focusing on proper form and technique. Classes may also include drills to improve coordination, speed, and agility. Finally, thereβs usually a cool-down period involving stretching exercises to prevent injury and promote flexibility!

Intermediate
The intermediate level boxing class typically builds upon the fundamental techniques learned in beginner classes. Participants focus on refining their footwork, stance, and basic punches such as jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts. Additionally, advanced combinations, defensive maneuvers, and counterattacking strategies are taught. These classes often involve partner drills, an introduction to pad work to further develop skills and improve overall fitness levels and conditioning exercises tailored to enhance endurance, strength, and agility specific to boxing.
Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m.
Advanced
The advanced level boxing class focuses on refining offensive/defensive techniques, increasing stamina, and honing skills. Participants engage in intense drills, including footwork exercises, bag work, sparring sessions,and advanced combinations. This class also incorporates strength and conditioning exercises tailored specifically for boxing while emphasizing precision, speed, and agility. Be ready to work, this class will push you to your physical and mental limits!
Saturdays at 1:00 p.m.
STRETCHING
In this class participants engage in a series of exercises aimed at improving flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. Class typically begins with gentle warm-up movements to prepare the muscles for stretching. Throughout the session, various stretching techniques are performed, targeting different muscle groups throughout the body. Participants are encouraged to focus on breathing deeply and mindfully to enhance the effectiveness of each stretch. The class will conclude with a cool-down period to gradually relax the muscles and reduce tension. Overall, stretching classes promote flexibility, reduce the risk of injury, and leave participants feeling rejuvenated and more supple.

MOBILITY
This class focuses on improving flexibility, joint range of motion, and overall movement quality. It includes a combination of dynamic stretches, mobility drills, and corrective exercises targeting specific areas of the body. Participants learn techniques to release tension, improve posture, and enhance functional movement patterns. The class incorporates elements from various disciplines such as yoga, Pilates, and physical therapy to help individuals move more efficiently and prevent injuries.

BODYWEIGHT BURN
This class focuses on using your own body weight as resistance to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Participants typically perform a variety of exercises without the need for equipment. Classes will incorporate high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or circuit training formats to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular fitness. They are suitable for all fitness levels as exercises can be modified to suit individual needs and abilities.
Tuesdays at Noon.
ABS
Get ready to sculpt and strengthen your core in this high-energy abs class! Targeting the muscles of your abdomen and lower back, you'll engage in a variety of exercises designed to tighten and tone your midsection. This class will challenge your core stability and leave you feeling stronger and more confident.
Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. and Saturday at 12:00 p.m.
PILATES
Join us for an invigorating Pilates class designed to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. Led by our experienced instructor, Lauri Robertson, this dynamic session will focus on core stability and full-body conditioning through a series of controlled movements and mindful breathing. Suitable for all fitness levels, come rejuvenate your body and mind in a supportive and energizing environment.
