How It Works

As a company, you will select a package in which you would like to participate. Once chosen, we will set up a meeting where I will come to your job site and give a brief presentation about my company and our goals, as well as what to expect from your trainer. Our trainers are nationally accredited and certified. During this meeting, I will hand out all necessary forms such as sign up sheets, fitness questionnaires, etc.

Where Do We Go?

The Fitness Frontier scouts locations in close proximity to your job site making the commute as easy as possible. During the meeting, all driving directions and parking instructions, if any, will be discussed. If your facility is equipped with a fitness area, we will use that space and there will be a discount credited to your package.

How Does The Meal Service Work?

We work with a personal chef as well as a nutrition consultant. Upon registering, clients will be directed to our consultant for assistance in mapping out a plan for their nutrition. Once completed, clients will have meal options available to them and all meals will be delivered to the job site. Drop offs will be 2-3 times a week.

Are There Contracts?

There are month to month rates (no contracts) as well as three, six, and 12 month packaged deals that are available for purchase.

WHAT IS THE A LA CARTE SECTION?

This section provides options for a custom package. Companies can pick and choose any items from this section and add them to any package or create their own. Do you just need the meal service or just a few extra personal training hours? No problem!
