Rick is an excellent trainer with a long history of helping clients in numerous ways. His high energy and attention to detail make workouts not only effective, but very entertaining and rewarding. With over 10 years of experience, Rick a veteran and loves to change people’s lives through fitness. Rick specializes in senior fitness training but is willing to work with all ages. He also specializes in one-on-one training, couple training, sport specific training as well as being a certified boot camp instructor.

Lauri Robertson is fun loving and light hearted and her classes are always interesting! Lauri became a pilates instructor to share what she loves. She began doing STOTT PILATES in 1999 in Madison, Georgia and has taken workshops in STOTT PILATES Vinyasa Flow, Cardio Tramp, Stability Barre, Halo Trainer, TRX and in the Melt Method. Her approach is tailored to each individual client. “It is important to me that clients feel safe and do not get injured. I would like them to enjoy their lessons and not be intimidated by going outside their comfort zone.”
